Two more laboratories obtained Accreditation by NiNAS

Central Laboratory, Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research Joins the list of NiNAS-Accredited Labs

Central Laboratory, Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research is the latest Testing laboratory to be enlisted as a NiNAS-accredited laboratory. The laboratory has been accredited for  ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard based on the corresponding scope of operation.

The Management and staff of NiNAS hereby congratulates Central Laboratory, Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research on the attainment of this enviable feat. The attainment of accreditation by this laboratory has brought the total number of accredited laboratories by NiNAS to thirteen. This is a step in the right direction for the Nigerian economy.

SELFA (Nigeria) Limited Joins the list of NiNAS-Accredited Labs

SELFA (Nigeria) Limited is the latest Calibration laboratory to be enlisted as a NiNAS-accredited laboratory. The laboratory has been accredited for  ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard based on the corresponding scope of operation.

The Management and staff of NiNAS hereby congratulates SELFA (Nigeria) Limited on the attainment of this enviable feat. The attainment of accreditation by this laboratory has brought the total number of accredited laboratories by NiNAS to twelve. This is a step in the right direction for the Nigerian economy.

Boulos Enterprises Limited Joins the list of NiNAS-Accredited Labs

Boulos Enterprises Limited is the latest testing laboratory to be enlisted as a NiNAS-accredited laboratory. The laboratory has been accredited for  ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard based on the corresponding scope of operation.

The Management and staff of NiNAS hereby congratulates Boulos Enterprises Limited on the attainment of this enviable feat. The attainment of accreditation by this laboratory has brought the total number of accredited laboratories by NiNAS to eleven. This is a step in the right direction for the Nigerian economy.

NiNAS paid Courtesy visit to NAQS

Nigeria National Accreditation Service (NiNAS) paid a courtesy visit to the National Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS) on Friday, 7th December, 2018. The visit was necessary considering the strategic role NAQS plays in the Nigerian economy. Hence, the management of NiNAS deemed it fit to find areas of collaboration between the two organisations. This collaboration will go a long way to add value to the National Quality Infrastructure through the advancement of accreditation.

NiNAS paid Courtesy Visit to NABDA

Nigeria National Accreditation Service (NiNAS) paid a courtesy visit to the National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA) on Thursday, 6th December, 2018. The purpose of the visit was to clarify the role of NiNAS in the NQI system and find areas of collaboration with NABDA. At the end of the meeting, both organisations were happy and willing to collaborate in moving the National Quality Infrastructure forward and by extension adding value to Nigerian products and services which will in turn improve the Nigerian Economy.

NiNAS held 2nd Joint BOT, BOD and AAC meeting Abuja

Nigeria National Accreditation Service (NiNAS) held its 2nd joint BOT, BOD and AAC meeting in Abuja on Wednesday, 5th December, 2018. The members who came from different parts of the country to attend the meeting expressed appreciation for the progress NiNAS has made withing a short period of time and promised to work with NiNAS management in moving the organisation forward.

Nigeria National Accreditation Service (NiNAS) paid a courtesy visit to the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) on Monday, 3rd December, 2018 which coincided with the 50th anniversary celebration of MLSCN.  The purpose of the visit was to clarify the role of NiNAS in the NQI system and find areas of collaboration with MLSCN. At end of the meeting, both organisations were happy and willing to collaborate in moving the National Quality Infrastructure forward and by extension adding value to Nigerian products and services which will in turn improve the Nigerian Economy.

Mult-Consult Laboratories Limited  and Environmental Accord Nigeria Limited are the latest testing laboratories to be enlisted as NiNAS-accredited laboratories. Both laboratories have been accredited for  ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard based on their corresponding scope of operation.

The Management and staff of NiNAS hereby congratulate both laboratories on the attainment of this enviable feat. The attainment of accreditation by these laboratories has brought the total number of accredited laboratories by NiNAS to ten.
